Occupying the same square

Normally characters may not occupy the same square, even as allies. This houserule instead lets willing allies occupy the same square, but apply the squeezing rules while doing so, as both characters have significantly less room to maneuver. This penalty can be negated by the Back-to-Back Fighting feat, found in my homebrew feats section.

Crusader

Stances: Stances are changed to be gained at 1st, 5th, 11th and 15th level instead of as normal, allowing the crusader learn up a 1st, 3rd, 6th and 8th level stance.

Hexblade

Saves: Change fortitude save to good progression.
Hexblade's Curse: Change the hexblade's curse uses per day to 1 + charisma modifier, and make it activated as a swift action. If the target passes his save, the use of the curse is not expended.
Armor and shield proficiency: The hexblade can cast spells in light or medium armor and while carrying a light shield or buckler without arcane spell failure.
Swift Casting: At 6th level, the hexblade can cast one hexblade spell per day as a swift action as long as the spell's original casting time was a standard action or faster. He gains an additional use of this ability at levels 8, 11, 14 and 18.
Forced Omens: At 6th level, a foreboding sense of doom travels with the hexblade, as candle lights flicker, fresh food turns green, or the air becomes stale. A hexblade adds prestidigitation to their list of spells known. See the spell description on pg. 264 of the Player's Handbook. If a hexblade already knows this spell, the character may choose a different 1st level spell. As a bonus spell, prestidigitation cannot be traded for another 1st level spell.

At 8th level, a hexblade may cast prestidigitation as if augmented by the Silent Spell feat without using up a higher-level spell slot. At 11th level, a hexblade may cast prestidigitation as a spell-like ability, lacking both somatic and verbal components, but is still limited to their spell slots per day. At 14th level, a hexblade may cast prestidigitation a number of additional times per day equal to 3 + their Charisma modifier. At 18th level, a hexblade can cast prestidigitation at will. The prestidigitation spell disappears from their list of spells known at this level.

Swordsage

Stances: Delay the stance gained at level 14 to level 15, allowing it to gain 8th level stances.
Skill Points: Skill points are x4 at level 1, not x6.
BAB Progression: Swordsage uses standard medium BAB progression, meaning at 13th level it should be +9/+4 and at 17th level it should be +12/+7/+2.

Warblade

Stances: Stances are changed to be gained at 1st, 5th, 9th and 15th level instead of as normal, allowing the warblade to learn a 1st, 3rd, 5th and 8th level stance.

Approved Pathfinder Feats

Disciple of the Sun (Complete Divine)

Remove good alignment requirement. Functions for rebuke undead as well, but characters can only control a single undead through the use of this feat at any time, subject to the normal limits of rebuking. Undead controlled by the use of this feat cannot have a CR greater than the rebuker's ECL-2.
Renamed to Focused Channeling.

Dodge

Use pathfinder version: +1 Dodge bonus to AC (unconditional).

Faerie Mysteries Initiate

Feat is split into 3 variations: One applies to fey and is isntead tied to charisma (retaining the original name), another applies to outsiders/elementals and is tied to wisdom (named “Fortified Soul”), and the last applies to psionic creatures and is tied to intelligence (named “Mind over Matter”). Any psionic creature may select the psionic version, including naturally psionic races, or nonpsionic races that take the wild talent feat.

Gloom Razor (Tome of Battle)

Since it was designed for level 6 requirements, but most characters who will look to take the feat will be swordsages, change BAB requirement to +4 instead of +6.

Point Blank Shot

Change the range from 30ft to the weapon's first range increment.

Practised Spellcaster

This feat also advances a warlock's eldritch blast progression, but not their invocation progressions.

Pure Soul (Heros of Horror)

Add to prerequisite: Must take this feat at 1st level.

Skill Focus

Change to function as the pathfinder version, though requiring 13 ranks instead of 10.

Shot on the Run/Spring Attack

Feats combined into one feat “Act on the Run”. Functions more like flyby attack, allows the character to perform a standard action in the middle of a move. Inherits spring attack's ability to not provoke vs a target if you perform a melee attack against them as a part of your standard action. Maintains prerequisites of Dodge, Mobility, 4+ bab, no longer requires point blank shot.

Toughness

Change hp increase from +3, to +3 or +HD, whichever is higher.

Weapon Finesse (Player's Handbook)

Remove BAB +1 requirement.

Uncanny Forethought (Exemplars of Evil)

Replace the standard action for casting a spell known with spell mastery with the standard casting time of the spell. Replace full round action for any other spell with either a full round action if the spell normally takes less than a round to cast, or the standard casting time plus 1 round if it takes longer than a round to cast.

Plotting a course

Deviation from failed course planning is 1d10% of the distance instead of 5d10 miles for close voyages and 5d100 miles for long voyages. Which direction the deviation occurs is determined by a simple 1d2 roll.

Siege Weapons

Cannons and bombards use the pathfinder rules to maintain consistency with the pathfinder firearm rules used in the rest of the game.
