Weapon and Armor Proficiency: The storm mage does not gain any additional weapon or armor proficiencies.

Dodge Bonus (Ex): The storm mage becomes increasingly agile and as swift as the winds in a storm. At 1st level, she gains a +1 dodge bonus to AC and reflex saves. For every 3 levels beyond 1st this bonus increases by 1.

Resistance to Electricity (Ex): Starting at 2nd level, the storm mage's gains resistance to electricity 10.

Gain Knowledge (Ex): At 3rd level the storm mage gains the knowledge of any one spell with the [Air] or [Electricity] descriptors, the fly spell or any spell involving winds or weather effects, as long as she is capable of casting the spell. At 5th, 8th and 9th level, she again can choose another spell, this time including the overland flight spell. Additionally, at 8th level, the storm mage learns the stun ray spell, and at 9th level she learns the stormrage spell. Former wizards add these spells to their spellbook for free, and former sorcerers and bards get to add these spells to their spells know, even if this takes them over their normal limit.

Struck to the Soul (Ex): At 4th level, the storm mage gains Struck to the Soul as a bonus metamagic feat. In addition to the normal benefits of the feat, the storm mage bypasses all resistances and immunities to cold granted by spells and spell-like effects of magic items (for example, a ring of minor energy resistance [electricity]).

One with the Storm (Ex): At 10th level, the storm mage gains immunity to electricity as her body becomes accustomed to even the most powerful of storms. Additional, she gains the air subtype, increasing her flight maneuverability by one step from any source of flight she may have, including those granted by spells or other magical effects.
