Seraphiel, often portrayed as a robed, blindfolded man holding a set of scales, is patron to all who seek true justice. He encourages his followers to look beyond the words written in the law, and understand their true intent, to punish those who commit acts of evil and chaos. Due to his teachings, his followers often clash with those of Eligos, whose followers instead look at the exact words of the law, despite their apparent intent, and with those of Raziel, who believe that when the law fails, they should take matters into their own hands.

Gain: Discern Lies, smite evil. Unlike Eligos, followers of Seraphiel focus more on the intent of the law than the letter, seeking to stop evil, rather than lawbreakers. See paladin variants for more information.
