Enigmatic in many ways, Leucetius is an enormous blue dragon, and holds power over the lordship of electricity. Known for creating minions from the very sand itself, he is one of the few Dragon Lords that does not accept mortal followers, instead using his creations, almost indistinguishable from the real thing, valuing their unwavering loyalty over the emotional swings of mortals.
